| Subject: Strike Ninja - taken, removed from field, Returned from Dif. Thu Apr 05, 2007 4:18 pm | |
| Player A activates Creature Swap and gets Player B's Strike Ninja. (Player B own the Strike Ninja)
Later, Player B activates Smashing Ground and Player A chains with Strike Ninja's effect. Which removed from play zone would Strike Ninja go to, Player A's or Player B's (original owner)?
Based off the previous answer, can Player B now activate Dimension Fusion/Return From A Different Dimension and special summon that Strike Ninja to their side of the field?
If player B was able to use Return From The Different Dimension, at the end of the turn when Strike Ninja gets removed from play per RFADD, would it still go back to Player A's field per Strike Ninja's first activated effect?
Thanks! -=Topher=-
---------------------------------------------------- Answer:
"Strike Ninja", when removed from play is included in its owner's Removed From Play Zone.
In this situation, since Player A activated the "Strike Ninja's" effect they will Special Summon it onto their side of the field. ( http://lists.upperdeck.com/read/messages?id=4649#4649 )
Player B can use "Return from the Different Dimension" to Special Summon that same "Strike Ninja" while it is removed from play, because it is part of their Removed From Play Zone. If this done after Player A had removed it from play by using its own effect (during the same turn), when the "Strike Ninja" is removed from play by "Return from the Different Dimension's" effect, it will remain removed from play.
