I have a question about Green Baboon and it's timing for activation. If player A has a Giant Rat in face-up defense and player B destroys it with Cyber Dragon, player A searches for another Giant Rat, does he miss the timing to activate Green Baboon?

Answer:
If they actually resolved the effect of "Giant Rat", they made a mistake.
If the player wants to activate the effects of both "Giant Rat" and "Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest", the effect of the Green Baboon would need to be chained to the effect of "Giant Rat". The activation timing for each effect is the same.
