Infernal Dragon and Defender of the Forest, Green Baboon

Hi to everybody:

About "Defender of the Forest Green Baboon" and "Infernal Dragon":

Can these monsters' effect be used during Damage Step? (when a Beast-Type Monster or Infernal Dragon are destroyed by battle).

I think you can't, but some mechanics allow this kind of things...so, I'm not sure.

Answer:

These monsters can be Special Summoned during the Damage Step, if the timing for their effects is met and the necessary costs can be paid.
