Answer:
Sending 4 Crystal Beasts from your Spell and Trap Card Zone is a cost to activate "Crystal Abundance".
Yes, you can activate "Crystal Abundance" while "Dimensional Fissure" is face-up on the field.
If you activate "Crystal Abundance" while "Dimensional Fissure" is face-up on the field, the 4 Crystal Beasts sent from the Spell and Trap Card Zone for the cost will go to the Graveyard.
