What exactly can the Black Horn of Heaven negate? Only Special Summons from the Hand? or can my opponent use it against my Fusion Summon?

"Black Horn of Heaven" works much like "Horn of Heaven", with 2 differences: it only works against Special Summons and it does not have an activation cost.
"Black Horn of Heaven" cannot negate Spell Cards, Trap Cards, or the effects of Effect Monsters. It is used to negate the Special Summon of monsters like "Cyber Dragon", "Grandmaster of the Six Samurai", and "Great Shogun Shien" that allow a player to Special Summon the monster directly from their hand. It also can be used against monsters like "Dark Necrofear", "Gigantes", "Chaos Sorcerer", etc. when they are Special Summoned from their controller's hand.
