If i use the effect of Cyberdark horn/edge/keel and take from graveyard Armed Dragon lv3, can i special summon Armed Dragon lv5 in my next turn ?

You cannot, because the "Armed Dragon LV3" is being treated as an Equip Card. The "Armed Dragon LV3's" effect is not active while it is being treated as an Equip Card.
