on one card deck and extra deck is one and the same thing but on other card its needed exactly main deck ....

Well...it would just say deck. The extra deck is an understood if Synchro or Fusion monsters are involved. Otherwise it is just the main deck. So Deck counts as Extra Deck (If Synchros and Fusions) and Main Deck (anything else). Thats how I see it and thats how I've seen it work.

Which makes mirror of oaths confusing. They need to be more specific on some cards.

How it was explained to me was: It's just a "Konami-ism." just a "Because Konami Said so" thing.

There is no ruling saying you can or can't activate it, you can't activate it because Konami says you can't.
