Emergency Provisions - removes a trap while Royal Decree is active

I remember hearing once, though I can't find any proof of it whatsoever, that, traps activated under the effect of Royal Decree may have E.Provisions chained to it, thusly being sent to the graveyard, and out of the influence of Decree, is this accurate?

Answer:

They would need to remove "Royal Decree" from the field, or negate "Royal Decree's" effect. The effect of the removed Trap Card is negated because the effect of the removed Trap Card remains on the field.

For example:
"Royal Decree" is face-up on the field.
Chazz has Royal Decree face-up on his side of the field. His opponent Jessie summons a monster with 1500 ATK.

Chazz responds to the summon with "Bottomless Trap Hole".
Jessie has no response.
Chazz then chains to "Bottomless Trap Hole" with "Mystical Space Typhoon", selecting his "Bottomless Trap Hole" as his target.

When this Chain resolves, the "Bottomless Trap Hole" is destroyed by "Mystical Space Typhoon". Next, the effect of the "Bottomless Trap Hole" is negated by "Royal Decree".

This is similar to a player using "Imperial Order" to negate "Wave-Motion Cannon's" effect when it is sent to the Graveyard to inflict damage.

What would happen in Jinzo's case vs. Emergency Provisions?

Example:

Chazz has an attack mode monster, a "Call of the Haunted" set from a previous turn, and a Jinzo in the graveyard. Feeling confident, he declares an attack against Jaden, who only has a set "Mirror Force" and "Emergency Provisions" on his side of the field.

When Chazz declares the attack....

Chain Link 1: Jaden activates "Mirror Force."

Chain Link 2: Chazz activates "Call of the Haunted" targeting "Jinzo."

Chain Link 3: Jaden sends "Mirror Force" to the graveyard as a cost for "Emergency Provisions."

Does Jinzo negate the effect of "Mirror Force" when the latter tries to resolve?

Answer:

The effect of "Mirror Force" will be negated.
