Player A has a face-up Wanghu on his side of the field along with Burden of the Mighty. Player B summons Elemental Hero Wildheart. Does Burden of the Mighty lower the ATK before Wanghu checks how much ATK the newly summoned monster has, or does Wanghu come first?

Answer:
When the "Elemental Hero Wildheart" is Normal Summoned, "Burden of the Mighty's" Continuous Effect is applied to "Elemental Hero Wildheart's" ATK.
After this is applied, "King Tiger Wanghu" checks to see if the ATK of the Normal Summoned monster falls within the range of its effect. In this case it does, so "King Tiger Wanghu's" Trigger Effect activates.
