If a Ritual or Fusion monster is properly summoned, sent to the Graveyard, brought back with a card like Premature Burial or Fulfillment of the Contract, then sent to the Graveyard again, are they still legal targets for further revival cards, such as Call of the Haunted?

They would continue to be legal targets for cards such as "Call of the Haunted".
