Does Pulling the Rug target?
If my opponent controls a face-up Attack Position “Cyber Phoenix” and he Normal Summons “Red Gadget”, activating its effect, can I Chain “Pulling the Rug” to negate the effect of “Red Gadget” and destroy it?
Answer:
"Pulling the Rug" does not target.
You can activate "Pulling the Rug" and it will negate the "Red Gadget's" effect.
