The situation is as follows
Player A summons Summoned Skull
Player B Activaties Bottomless Trap Hole
Player A Chains to Bottomless Trap Hole with Torrential Tribute
My question is the activation of torrential tribute legal for i belive it would miss its timing for the only way to use it is at the start of the chain following the summon of a monster. Me and my fellow judges in this area are at misunderstanding at what the truth is
also if the chain was fliped and Torrential tribute was activated by player A first in the chain could player B respond with his bottomless trap hole

This Chain is legal. This Chain was activated in response to a successful Summon, so the timing is still correct.
Even if the card activations were reversed ("Torrential Tribute" activated first), it would still be fine.
