Player A set three cards face down
Player B summon Mobius and select two cards from player A
Player A chain one of the two cards selected (The Forces of Darkness) then he want to chain one of the cards that was not selected and this card is Torrential tribute.
What i want to know is, can Player A activate Torrential Tribute in chain link 3 or more?
I told the player that he should chain torrential tribute first am i correct?

The Chain will be: (1)Mobius the Frost Monarch --> (2)The Forces of Darkness --> (3)Torrential Tribute
