- Can a similar thing be done with Coston, DNA Surgery and Raviel?

Answer:
1)
You can use "D. Tribe" to turn "Double Coston" into a Dragon-Type monster. Under these conditions, the "Double Coston" will count as two Dragon-Type monsters for the Summon.
2)
"Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" is a Special Summon, not a Tribute Summon. You can use "DNA Surgery," but the "Double Coston" would only count as 1 Tribute.
