does demise get priority over bottomless trap hole
Monsters don't get priority; the players do.
That said, after the successful Summon of "Demise, King of Armageddon", the turn player has priority to activate its Ignition Effect before the opposing player can activate anything. Keep in mind that the opposing player can still activate "Bottomless Trap Hole".
So, assuming nothing else is activated, here's how the chain will resolve:
Chain Link 2 resolution: "Bottomless Trap Hole"'s effect resolves, destroying and removing from play "Demise, King of Armageddon".
Chain Link 1 resolution: "Demise, King of Armageddon"'s Ignition Effect resolves, destroying all other cards on the field.
