Ok Player A goes first and sets A face down Mind Crush then ends.
Player B Summons Maju of the 10,000 hand to retrtieve a Demise King Of Armageddon.
Player B then activates Advanced Ritual Art and Selects Demise.
Player A then chains Mind Crush to the Advanced Ritual Art.
What will happen?
I say that the ritual has to be summoned before Mind Crush goes off. Then Mind Crush will check after Demise is on the field.

Incorrect.
From Pg. 35 of the Rulebook: "Both players continue to add effects to the Chain until they both wish to add nothing else, then you resolve the outcome in reverse order - starting with the last card that was activated."
"Advanced Ritual Art" was activated first, followed by "Mind Crush".
So the Chain looks like this: Advanced Ritual Art --> Mind Crush
When we resolve the Chain, we start with the last card that was activated: "Mind Crush". "Mind Crush" resolves first, so it can pluck that "Demise, King of Armageddon" from its controller's hand before it can be Ritual Summoned.
