Now its been a while since ive gone over some of the basics, and lost track of a rule that i thought existed, and cannot find it in the basic resources. Do fusion monsters have to be fusion summoned in order to be eligable to be special summoned from the graveyard?
With the amount of Special summoning without fusion summoning of the fusion monsters going around in my location, I thought it would be good to have a refresher.
