If I use dimension fusion to bring back elemental Hero stratos and Dark Magician of Chaos from the Removed from Play Zone...
Can I activate both of their effects? or will the timing be lost for one of them?
Answer:
Assuming there are no other effects left to resolve on the Chain, you would be able to activate the effects of both "Elemental Hero Stratos" and "Dark Magician of Chaos". Their effects would form a Chain, and you will decide how to order them on that Chain.
