E Hero Stratos appears to me to be subject to timing issues so I would like
clarification.
Example
I have a Mystical Space Typhoon in hand and my opponent has an E Hero Wildheart
on the field and a face down Call of the Haunted. I play my Mystical Space Typhoon
(Chain Link 1) from my hand and target the Face down Call of the Haunted.
My opponent chains Call of the Haunted (Chain Link 2) and targets E Hero Stratos
from their graveyard. The chain resolves and Stratos hits the field, then is
sent to the graveyard because COTH is destroyed by MST. My opponent tries to
activate the effect of Stratos to search out a D Hero or E Hero from his deck.
Based on that, I feel that Stratos misses the timing because its special summoning
is not the last thing to happen, therefore my opponent cannot search.
Also, if they tried to activate the "Destroy Spell or Trap" effect, I feel they
would miss that timing as well.
In both of these situations, would I be correct in saying the timing is missed?
Thanks for the help.

Answer:
The effect of "Elemental Hero Stratos" is an optional Trigger Effect that can only be activated at the time it is successfully Normal or Special Summoned.
If "Elemental Hero Stratos" is Normal or Special Summoned during the resolution of a Chain, its effect cannot be activated if further effects still need to be resolved on the Chain.
In the example stated above, the effect of "Elemental Hero Stratos" cannot be activated.
