If I have a Blue-Eyes White Dragon equipped to my Relinquished or Cyberdark Dragon, will I still be able to activate Burst Stream of Destruction?
Answer:
The required card only needs to be face-up on your side of the field. It does not need to be a Monster Card, so if “Blue-Eyes White Dragon” is equipped to your “Relinquished” or "Cyberdark Dragon", you can activate “Burst Steam of Destruction”.
