Spell Absorption and Continuous Spells Empty
PostSubject: Spell Absorption and Continuous Spells   Spell Absorption and Continuous Spells EmptyFri May 25, 2007 9:54 pm

I've checked the forums, the rulings, and the old judge mailings, and there's nothing regarding this particular issue.

If you activate the effect of a Spell Card that remains on the field and is already active, (i.e. "Accelerator" cards, Mausoleum of the Emperor, etc.) will that activate the effect of Spell Absorption??

Answer:

The effect of "Spell Absorption" is not applied in this case.

The effect of "Spell Absorption" applied if a Spell Card is activated. It does not apply when the "ignition-like" or Trigger Effect of a Continuous Spell Card is used.
