If you flip morphing jar, and then activate torrential or book of moon, the effect will activate since the monster is no longer face up on the field. Thats not true is it?
Answer:
"Skill Drain" does not prevent players from activating the effects of Monster Cards. It will negate the effect monster's effect if the effect monster is face-up on the field when its effect resolves.
If an effect monster is removed from the field or turned face-down before its effect resolves, its effect will not be negated by "Skill Drain."
