I've had several people approach me about this recently, and I just want to make sure I didn't misinform them.
If player A has Forced Requisition active on the field and uses Snipe Hunter's ability, does player B have to discard as well?
Answer:
Player B will also need to discard 1 card, because Player A has "Forced Requsition" face-up on their side of the field.
