At the recent sneak peek a question came up about the 4th effect of this card.
If you active the effect & draw a card & then play a new copy of the card (eg. by playing it over the top or activating last resort) can you now activate the 4th effect again on this new card or does it 'remember' it was already used?
(We noticed later that it can also be applied to the 5th effect, ie after summoning Sapphire Pegasus and using its effect to fill the 5th spot again)

Answer:
This is acceptable because you are applying the effects of two seperate Spell Cards.
You use the effect of the first copy of "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins" to draw 1 card, then after activating your second copy of "Ancient CIty - Rainbow Ruins" you use the second copy's effect and draw another card.
A similar situation for comparison: You have "Blowback Dragon" face-up on your side of the field. You activate its effect and afterwards you Tribute it to Summon another copy of "Blowback Dragon". This second copy of "Blowback Dragon" can now activate its effect.
