I disagree. PSZ is much more accessible than these promos, and they were long due for a reprint, especially the overpriced Dragon. As expensive as PSZ has been/somewhat is, it was still mass released in a pack at a rarity below Secret Rare, so there are more copies around.

Still, plague is considered by many to be a staple, where as REDMD is the staple of 1 or 2 decks, and dandylion is a $7.00 card that isn't a staple.
