if a skill drain is face up on the field and you have Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion and the other recruited monster ....And i active the effect oh Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion will it resolve and which monster is tribute d first

Both Monsters get tributed simultaneousness, and it will resolve, as it's resolution is in the grave, where it can't be negated by skill drain.
