If LADD paid down to the min. 800/400. Then I equip Mage Power to LADD. With a full spell/trap zones, He will be 3300/2900.
Can he still Nagate effects?
Will he go down in Atk/Def then Mage Power boost it back up?

From the FAQ: "The ATK and DEF lost by “Light and Darkness Dragon” from its second effect is applied to its total ATK, including all other gains and losses of ATK and/or DEF. Example: If you use the second effect of “Light and Darkness Dragon” 4 times (500 X 4 = 2000 loss of ATK and DEF) while “Luminous Spark” is face-up on the Field Spell Card Zone, the “Light and Darkness Dragon” will have 1300 ATK and 0 DEF. If “Luminous Spark” is then removed from the field or negated, the “Light and Darkness Dragon’s” would change to 800 ATK and 400 DEF."
While "Light and Darkness Dragon" is equipped with "Mage Power" in this example, "Light and Darkness Dragon's" second effect is applied to its 3300 ATK and 2900 DEF.
"Light and Darkness Dragon" keeps a running total every time the reduction is applied. When "Mage Power" is negated or removed from the field, the ATK and DEF of "Light and Darkness Dragon" would be recalculated accordingly.
When "Light and Darkness Dragon" had used its effect 4 times and was then equipped, taking it to 3300 ATK and 2900 DEF, if it uses its effect 2 more times it will have 2300 ATK and 1900 DEF. At this time, if "Mage Power" is no longer applied the ATK and DEF of the Dragon would be 0. (500 X 6 = 3000 loss of ATK and DEF)
