The Wicked Avatar
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 monsters. Your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until the end of their 2nd turn after this card is Normal Summoned. The ATK and DEF of this card are each 100 points higher than the highest ATK on the field (except "The Wicked Avatar").

the only monster on field is Injection Fairy Lily. Would he be 500 or would he become 3500. If they pay 2000 to up his ATK.

What happen if each player has a wicked avatar on the field, The other monster is cyber dragon. Is on 2200 and the other be 2300.

Answer:

"The Wicked Avatar" will adjust its ATK and DEF according to the highest ATK on the field, whenever necessary. This is a Continuous Effect.

If "Injection Fairy Lily" has the highest ATK, "The Wicked Avatar" will have 500 ATK. If the effect of "Injection Fairy Lily" is used, "The Wicked Avatar" will have 3500 ATK after "Injection Fairy Lily's" effect is applied.

"The Wicked Avatar" doesn't care what ATK other "The Wicked Avatar" have, nor itself. In your situation, each "The Wicked Avatar" will have 2200 ATK because "Cyber Dragon" is the highest ATK on the field (excluding any "The Wicked Avatar").
