If we say Fenrir has been powered up to 1500 or more and attacks D.D. Warrior Lady, will it's effect activate if D.D. Warrior Lady removes it from play?

When this card battles with your opponent's monster, after damage calculation you can remove from play the opponent's monster and this card.
Answer:
Fenrir's effect is activated if it destroys the "D. D. Warrior Lady" in battle. It applies even if both monsters destroy each other as a result of battle, too.
