Electrums effect states that he is treated as Water, Earth. Fire, Wind, along with his original Light attribute.
My Question is, if elemtrum is able to gain enough power to beat FHD, then will it destroy or do damage since FHD cannot be destroied by Water, Earth, Fire, Wind and Dark and Electrum is 4 out of 5 of those.

Since "Five-Headed Dragon" cannot be destroyed in battle by an EARTH, WIND, WATER, or FIRE Attribute monster, it will not be destroyed by "Elemental Hero Electrum" in battle. (The "cannot" wins)
