P1 has "Cyber Dragon" on the field and "Limiter Removal" and "Heavy Storm" in hand.
P2 has a face-up monster (not important) and a set "Shrink" from a previous turn.
P1 plays "Limiter Removal" first.
Neither player chains.
"Cyber Dragon" is now at 4200.
P1 then plays "Heavy Storm".
P2 chains "Shrink".

What is the final ATK of "Cyber Dragon"? 2100 or 3150?
Can you explain the reasoning behind the answer as well.

Answer:

"Cyber Dragon" will have 1050 ATK. (2100 / 2)

"Shrink" halves the original ATK of the "Cyber Dragon". The ATK double applied by the effect of "Limiter Removal" disappears, but the "Cyber Dragon" will still be destroyed in the End Phase.
