Ok, so apparently there are people running around saying they have Judge's rulings saying that "since Ultimate Tyranno's effect is to attack at the beginning of the battle phase, he still gets his normal attack after attacking all the monsters". I've tried explaining that this is impossible, referencing Asura Priest and similar monsters, but the guy keeps saying "the effect is different from the regular attack".
Could I please get a ruling?
Answer:
When "Ultimate Tyranno's" effect forces it to attack every monster the opponent controls, it is not allowed to attack directly afterwards.
It behaves in the same way that "Asura Priest" and "Diffusion Wave-Motion" do.
This is assuming, of course, that the opponent actually has monster(s) to attack and that "Ultimate Tyranno" attacks them. If you enter your Battle Phase and your opponent does not have any monsters on their side of the field, the "Ultimate Tyranno" would be able to attack directly.
