What would happen if Megamorph or Shrink were played on a Satellite Cannon which has been on the field for 4 turns, gaining 3000 ATK?
Would its ATK remain at 3000 as only the original ATK is changed, or would its ATK become half of 0 which is 0?

Answer:
Using "Shrink" or "Megamorph" on a "Satellite Cannon" will have no impact.
The effect of "Satellite Cannon" increases its ATK. Halving its original ATK of 0 to... 0... doesn't accomplish anything. Doubling its original ATK from 0... to 0, is equally unimpressive.
Refering back to your example, "Satellite Cannon" will still have 3000 ATK in either case.
