We received a ruling from Konami for "Reversal Quiz" that helps to clear up one detail that wasn't specific until now.
When resolving the effect of "Reversal Quiz", you reveal the top card of your Deck to your opponent and apply the Life Point change, if needed. Afterwards, the revealed card is placed back on top the Deck and the Deck is then shuffled.
