Since "Stronghold the Moving Fortress" is treated as a monster with 0 atk,
he techniqually is a qualified target for Machine Duplication and
Inferno Reckless Summon. I said you could summon them all thinking about
other rulings that affect it like.

Since "Stronghold the Moving Fortress" is only a Trap Card in your Deck and Graveyard, you cannot Special Summon it.
