colossal fighter effect after errata is
you can special summon 1 warrior type monster from your graveyard
so when there will be a mistiming

If I read this right, Colossal Fighter DOESN'T Miss it's timing.

When Collosal Fighter is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, you can special summon one warrior type monster from either player's graveyard. This activates in the graveyard and only if destroyed by battle. He can also summon himself back to the field.

Yeah, but where would there be a mistiming? Does this have something to do with the other 2 skill drain questions?

There isnt any mistiming, unless he chooses not to activate the effect or he forgets until resolution, then remembers. But since everything had been resolved then, he cant use colossal fighter's effect.
