i was wondering if the morning after can trigger from more than one bount that turn, so if one of mine gets hit with a QQ and another gets balanced, they would lose power for both?

Yes, they would lose power for both. After it's played, anytime your bounts leave play for the duration of the turn your opponent will lose power for it.
