UpperDeck Pulls Yugioh forums

UDE.com no longer has any yugioh forums... Are they abandoning the game completely after saying they woundn't...?! (Just because they no longer have prize support?).

TRADING CARD GAME have been canceled. The unavailability of product and prizes affects all upcoming North American Yu-Gi-Oh! OP programs and events, including Shonen Jump Championships, Regional Qualifiers, the National Championship and the monthly Hobby League program

For months, Upper Deck has continued in good faith to support Yu-Gi-Oh! OP, so as not to abandon the player and retailer community of which it has been an integral part for six years. Upper Deck remains committed to the Yu-Gi-Oh! community and will continue to fight Konami’s actions in court. Upper Deck hopes to once again be able to offer Duelists the high caliber events to which they have become accustomed."

Uh Jason...after UDE Day UD didnt have any control over YGO anymore everything except for Europe is Konamis and we will get our OP (Organized Play) back 2 a few weeks after Crimson Crisis comes out.

While they may no longer have product distribution, UD still has the contract for at least another year (until 2010 or thru Dec. 2010?)... I'm just wondering why they pulled the forums...? Also, where is the source of information that says that we are getting OP back in 2 weeks...? (I've heard people saying this, but have seen nothing to back this up)

UD gave back control to Konami the only one other then Konami to have control of YGO is UDI thats why everything is taking so long because of the change. Ill find a link that says when we get our OP back the reason why they pulled the forums is because they lost all rights I can find the link for that too

I don't believe what other people say until I hear it from Konami themself. As of right now its all rumors. Konami will lest us know when they are ready.
