Does the monster's attack go through or is this action enough to stop the attack since Gravity Bind is active for a "while" before being destroyed?
Answer:
When "Gravity Bind" is destroyed, its effect is no longer applied. After the Chain finishes resolving, "Gravity Bind's" effect is no longer applied. No other effects exist to pevent the "7 Colored Fish" from continuing its attack.
