Hi, this is a simple question, but it it's nowhere ruled: Is it allowed to look into the opponents Fusion Deck without using any effect?
Answer:
You cannot view the contents of your opponent's Fusion Deck unless a card effect instructs you to do so.
The contents of a player's Fusion Deck are not public knowledge.
