Does Archfiend of Gilfer and Woodland sprite cause an infinite loop, I'd Assume it doesnt because when it is sent as a Equip to the graveyard it wont have the effect it had when it was sent as a creature?
Answer:
No loop.
Sending "Archfiend of Gilfer" to the Graveyard to pay the cost for "Woodland Sprite's" effect causes "Archfiend of Gilfer" to lose the timing for its effect.
"Archfiend of Gilfer's" effect cannot be activate in this case.
