| Hello, I have to ask 2 questions regarding rullings about D Hero Malicious and Hero City.
Refering to malicious, I can't use it's effect in any phase except for main 1 or 2 cause it's an ignition effect.
refering to the city, if a hero was destroyed by battle and then returned to the field with skyscraper 2, then destroyed again by a card effect, it cannot return again because he was sent to the graveyard not by battle.
Are both statements correct?
Answer:
The effect of "Destiny Hero - Malicious" is an Ignition Effect that can only be activated by its owner during their first or second main phase.
"Skyscraper 2 - Hero City" checks the most recent reason the Elemental Hero is in the Graveyard. If an Elemental Hero is Special Summoned with the effect of "Skyscraper 2 - Hero City" and afterwards the Elemental Hero is destroyed by a card effect, it will not be possible to Special Summon that Elemental Hero with "Skyscraper 2 - Hero City" again because it is now in the Graveyard due to a card's effect. (It was most recently placed into the Graveyard by the effect of a card, and not by battle)
