If Both Players Conduct Actions Simultaneously
"For cases like "Each Player draws 1 card", where both players resolve an effect simultaneously, the turn player resolves the effet first. In this example, after the turn player draws 1 card, the other player draws."
The Turn Player will select their monster and place it onto the field first, followed by their opponent.
